Originally designed as our premium espresso blend, Foxtail describes the visual proof of a perfectly extracted espresso. In time we came to find this blend to be particularly delicious in ANY brewing method and it now serves as our signature blend for any occasion. Sweet and complex while still maintaining a clean finish, rich caramel tones and notes of blackberry are prominent.
